In order to develop a solid understanding of the engineering technologies in computer communication and network, the course gives professors the opportunity to conduct experiments. From the very beginning to a professional level to the rising difficulties in industries, the curriculum offers to enhance the students’ networking and programming skills. In order to gain practical experience working with highly qualified people in the business, projects are also incorporated in the final semesters.

  • Overview of the core curriculum :-

           The course structure of a computer science engineering program is designed to provide

            students with a strong foundation in computer science and engineering principles. The

            program is typically divided into eight semesters, and each semester covers a range of

            subjects that are essential for a computer science engineer.

             Here is a brief overview of the course structure :-

  • Semester 1: Programming in C, Mathematics-I, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering Graphics, and Communication Skills
  • Semester 2: Data Structures and Algorithms, Mathematics-II, Electrical Sciences, Environmental Sciences, and Communication Skills
  • Semester 3: Object-Oriented Programming using C++, Discrete Structures, Digital Logic Design, Computer Organization, and Communication Skills
  • Semester 4: Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Database Management Systems, Software Engineering, and Communication Skills
  • Semester 5: Theory of Computation, Computer Graphics, Compiler Design, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, and Communication Skills
  • Semester 6: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Architecture, Mobile Computing, System Programming and Compiler Construction, and Communication Skills

Laboratories & workshops :-

Laboratories are equipped with high hardware configuration , latest networking Cisco devices, Structured LAN cabling with CAT-6,high speed internet bandwidth, WI-FI facility through Cisco Access Points , ICT facilities, Power backup to all the computer labs has been provided through on-line UPS & sophisticated lab facilitates for students . The computer Labs consists of Licensed Software under Microsoft campus agreement . All computer labs established in Client-Server-Architecture .

CSE  LAB – 1

The lab is dedicated for the students to develop their Major projects.  The Lab Facilitates equipment with high-level configurations. All project related softwares are installed in this lab to fulfil the requirements of development. Students utilizes this lab for research and paper publications. Also the students receive hands on practical experience in Advanced  Data Structures, Data Mining, Data Analytics, High Performance Computing and Cloud Computing Applications.

CSE  LAB – 2

The computer lab is equipped with INTEL CORE i7 9th Generation all in one computers. The lab is installed with all important editors like Python, Dev C++ where the students can learn to execute python, C and C++ programs in all types of environments.

Master Class Networking  & CCNA

A master class of Networking & CCNA was Successfully conducted 12th  November 2022 by the AEGIS I.NET PVT.LTD.

Computer Networking refers to interconnected computing devices that can exchange data & share resources with each other.

CCNA-Cisco Certified Network Associate is an IT certification from Cisco Systems.

GATE Guidance

GATE Guidance was  Successfully conducted on 26th November 2022 by Mr. Kausik Agastyaraj from ACE Engineering Academy .

Networking  & CCNA

 A workshop of Networking & CCNA was Successfully conducted 22nd May  2023 by the Trainer Mr. Abhinav Tripathi from AEGIS I.NET PVT.LTD.

CCNA provides the knowledge & skills required to start a networking carrier .

Students who take up the CCNA certification can earn a good carrier opportunity & work as : Network Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Technical Support Engineer .  

National Webinar

A National Webinar was sucessfully conducted 29th September 2023 to 30th September 2023 by AEGIS I.NET PVT.LTD.

 A Webinar is an online seminar that turns a presentation into a real time conversation from anywhere in the world .

C/C++ Language Training 

C/C++ Language Training with 100 program was successfully conducted on 11th March 2024.

C is high level general purpose programming language .C language is widely used for developing system software, application software & embedded system. C++ is object-oriented programing language is used in developing browsers, operating system & application as well as in game programming, software engineering , data structure etc.

Workshop on Python Programming –

Workshop on python programming was Successfully conducted on 25th March 2024 by Dr. Gunisetti Tirupati Rao from BIT A.P. Python is High Level General purpose programming language. Python can be used on a server to create web application. It support multiple programming paradigms, including structured object-oriented & functional programming.

  • Admission criteria specific to the branch :
  1. The candidates must complete their 10+2 level of education from any recognized board of education in Science .
  2. The candidates must have the three subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their 10+2 standard.
  3. The candidates should clear state level (should have to secure 50-60% marks) entrance examinations orJEE Advanced or JEE Main (should have to secure at least 75% marks) to qualify for BE CSE.

Admission criteria specific to the branch:

  1. The candidates must complete their 10+2 level of education from any recognized board of education in Science .

Information on scholarships, financial aid, or grants available specifically to students of this branch:

This scholarship is meant for students who have passed their Class XII and want to continue their studies in the field of engineering. A scholarship up to INR 25,000 will be provided to students for the entire course whose family annual income is less than INR 90,000.

This scholarship is meant for students studying in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a full-time regular undergraduate engineering programme approved by AICTE/UGC.
